6 week course, 1.5hrs per week (ALWAYS MAX OF 2 PER POLE!!)
For absolute beginners and those that have tried it once or twice. Your course will introduce you to the art of pole dancing through building strength in your core and upper body, improving flexibility and posture, and bringing some sass and excitement to the way you move and hold yourself
You will learn some fun and very exciting tricks which are incorporated into a fabulous choreographed routine.
Every class includes a full warm up, strength workout and cool down/stretch session.
