6 week course, 2 hrs per week (ALWAYS MAX OF 2 PER POLE!)
You have completed all your base training and want to start learning some really hard core tricks on the pole.
A fantastic routine will be passed onto you in this course so you can experience the stamina, strength and combinations of tricks required in real shows!
Every class includes a full warm up, strength workout and cool down/stretch session.
