THINGS TO KNOW:
- Click here to find out How To Book Online (bookings not made in advance through our website will incur a £2 manual invoicing fee - and we cannot reserve a place or guarantee there is room for you in the class without payment on-line beforehand, so it's best not to just turn up or you might not get a spot!)
- You should wear Shorts or Hot Pants and a Vest Top for Pole, heels or barefeet optional!
- Please arrive no earlier than 15mins before your class as the venue will not be open prior to this, but DO NOT MISS YOUR WARM UP!
- Make sure you read the T&C and Health & Safety Regulations on checkout and before you to come to your first class
